Refund Policy

This policy explains how Clawtis handles subscription cancellations, no-refund purchases, top-up credits, and legally required exceptions.

1. No-Refund Policy

Clawtis purchases are generally non-refundable. Subscription charges, setup access, managed infrastructure costs, and AI credit top-ups are not refunded after payment is completed, except where required by law or where Paddle determines that a refund or adjustment is required.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through hosted billing management in the dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund charges that have already been completed.

3. AI Credit Top-Ups

AI credit top-ups are intended for use with the associated Clawtis deployment. Top-up purchases are non-refundable once completed, including unused credit balances, except where required by law or determined by Paddle.

4. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you believe a payment failed incorrectly, was duplicated, or was charged in error, contact support with the email address used at checkout, the WhatsApp number tied to the deployment, and the Paddle receipt or transaction reference.

5. Paddle Buyer Support

Paddle may appear on receipts, invoices, and payment statements as Merchant of Record. Paddle may handle some buyer payment support, tax, invoice, chargeback, and legally required refund processes.
