Terms of Service

These terms explain how Clawtis subscriptions, managed private AI agent deployments, billing, support, and account responsibilities work.

1. Operator Identity

Clawtis operates the Clawtis website, WhatsApp onboarding flow, customer dashboard, and managed private AI agent deployment service. In these terms, Clawtis is referred to as we, us, and our.

2. Service Description

Clawtis helps customers deploy and manage a private AI agent runtime, such as OpenClaw or Hermes Agent, from a WhatsApp-first onboarding flow. The service may include plan selection, billing coordination, private VPS provisioning, AI credit tracking, dashboard access, top-ups, and runtime recovery controls.

3. Subscriptions, Top-Ups, and Billing

Subscription plans are billed monthly and include the AI credit amount shown on the pricing page. Optional top-up credits can be purchased separately and are applied to the associated Clawtis deployment.

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for eligible purchases. Paddle may handle checkout, tax calculation, receipts, invoices, payment method updates, and buyer payment support.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the hosted billing management flow in your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access to paid services and active infrastructure may be paused, removed, or deprovisioned when a subscription is canceled or payment fails.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

You are responsible for using Clawtis lawfully, maintaining access to your WhatsApp account, keeping account information accurate, and avoiding abuse, spam, harmful automation, unauthorized access attempts, or activity that violates third-party service terms.

6. Availability and Changes

We work to keep the service reliable, but managed infrastructure, third-party APIs, WhatsApp delivery, AI model providers, and payment systems may occasionally fail, degrade, or change. We may update plans, features, pricing, and these terms as the product evolves.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. You should review it before completing a purchase.
